Please expect delays of up to 5 – 10 days with all deliveries during this time. Challenges presented by the pandemic means there may unfortunately be delays on our usual next business day dispatch, along with additional delays being experienced with our courier’s delivery time frames.
We understand you can’t wait to receive your new Jolie goodies as soon as possible. We kindly ask for patience and understanding during this difficult time.
All prices on the White and Wicker website are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and include GST.
White and Wicker reserves the right to accept or decline orders as necessary.
We reserve the right to ask for further proof of ID before an order is accepted in some cases.
In the event that an item(s) is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, White and Wicker reserves the right to withdraw that item(s) from sale, and refuse or cancel orders.
White and Wicker uses a courier for the delivery of all orders. All parcels sent will need a signature on delivery. Please provide an address where someone will be available between 9am-5pm to receive and sign for the parcel, otherwise please leave specific delivery instructions and authorisation in delivery instructions upon checkout, if you wish for the delivery to left with your authority.
Orders will be dispatched promptly once payment has been processed and received. It is our objective to have all orders dispatched by the next working day provided the products are in stock. Please note that during peak times such as Promotion periods, Sale, Mother’s Day, Christmas etc, dispatch may take 2-3 days. In the unlikely event of further delays we will contact you to advise of the expected dispatch time.
A flat fee of $9.95 for all orders up to $49 and $14.95 postage and handling will be charged on all orders over $50.
We reserve the right to charge higher postage for extremely heavy parcels. We will contact you immediately should an additional postage charge be required.
We do not offer returns or exchanges simply for change of mind. Please take time to view all the photos and descriptions on the website to ensure that you are happy with your choice of product.
If an item is damaged during transit please contact us via email sales@whiteandwicker.com.au with photos of the damaged goods & the packaging within 7 days of receiving the item. For confirmation White and Wicker may require return shipment of the product. If we have a replacement, it will be sent at no charge or a refund will be paid in full once a claim with the courier’s insurance company has been processed.
White and Wicker is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information you provide during registration is used to process your orders or to contact you regarding a particular transaction.
White and Wicker guarantees the information you enter will not be disclosed to any outside organization or third party. We may use your contact information to contact you about new products, features or special promotions. If you do not wish to receive such communications, you may remove yourself from the mailing list by logging into your account and opting out of the mailing list.
Place must be paid in full prior to workshop. If a cancellation is needed and 48-hour notice is given, your place will be transferred to another date available. Non-refundable. No-shows on the day will be not be refunded.
